Party Supplies UK is a trading name of Party Domain Limited.

Party Supplies UK was established in 2005 as an online supplier of Party Products. It has built a strong reputation as a reliable Party Supplies retailer with excellent customer service.

In April 2009 Party Supplies UK was bought by Party Domain Limited and was developed further into the Premier Party Supplies website for the Party Domain group. Following on from this we are now pleased to be able to offer Party Supplies Wholesale prices to all our customers.

Party Domain Limited has been a successful online retailer since 1999 and ships 1000s of orders everyday to our customers. Let us make your order one of them.

All products are carried in stock at our 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Gainsborough. The stock figures shown on the site are continuously updated and changes reflected on the website within 5 minutes.  You can order with confidence.

Our 50 members of staff are experienced and well trained to ensure a reliable and accurate fulfilment of your order. If you order before 3.30 pm we will ship your order the same day. If you choose the appropriate delivery service you will get Next Day Delivery.

We do not seek to make a profit on our delivery charges, unlike many other websites, and we believe our delivery rates are the most competitive in the Party industry and they start at just 99 pence.

We offer Free carriage if you spend £45 or more.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made in several ways:

* Online Credit or Debit card
* Telephone Credit Card or Debit Card
* Cheque*or PostalOrders

* Please note: Cheques take 5 working days to clear and orders cannot be sent out until clearance has been obtained.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an address where the goods can be received. If you cannot be at your address to accept your delivery, get it delivered to your workplace or a neighbour.

CLAIMS FOR NON DELIVERY
 
Should you request for any goods to be left unattended or with a neighbour, please ensure that the area is secure and easily accesible for the delivery driver. Please note we cannot be held responsible should the goods go missing or be damaged.
 
All claims for non delivery or shortages must be made within 10 days of placing your order after this period we cannot be held responsible.

We (the above companies) cannot be responsible for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such action is caused by Strikes, Riots, War or any labour problems or our suppliers failing to deliver to us or to you on our behalf or any circumstances that we have no control over.

If for any reason, we are out of stock of a certain item or items – Party Domain Limited reserves the right to replace them with an item of similar style, colour and theme at the same price or of greater value. We will, of course choose the most appropriate item as a substitute.

PRICING ERRORS

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you prior to dispatch and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling.

FAULTY GOODS

Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations entitle you to cancel an order up to 7 days after the goods have been received and to receive a refund within 30 days - Please see our Returns Policy for further Information.

At Party Supplies UK we are committed to protecting your privacy. Party Supplies UK will only use the information that is collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Party Supplies UK may wish to collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

You will be given the opportunity to refuse any marketing emails offered by the Helium UK.

The type of information that we may possibly collect about you includes but is not limited to:

• Phone number

• Credit/debit card details (when placing orders)

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent, all of the information that we may receive about you can only be conveyed to us by you.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will be more than happy delete or correct them promptly.

Returns Policy


As an online customer you have certain basic rights as laid out in The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These rights are explained clearly in the government website www.consumerdirect.gov.uk
Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations entitle you to cancel an order up to 7 days after the goods have been received and to receive a refund within 30 days.

At Party Domain Limited we want to give you much more than your basic rights and so our returns policy is very simple.

Under our “No Quibble” returns policy you have 30 days to cancel the order. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and you return it within 30 days of the date you received it we will refund the full price of the goods. You do not have to contact us for a returns number, you do not have to return the original packaging and you don’t have to tell us why you are returning the items.
We aim to inform customers upon reciept of their returned goods.

It is that simple.

We do not refund the postage costs when you return goods to us.

Things you must do:

Wrap the goods securely and return them to us. Consider sending them back to us by registered post so that you have proof of them having been delivered back to the address given below. It is also an option if you would prefer to return the items using your own courier rather than by post at your own expense. If taking the parcel to the post office is not convenient for you, then you can also have it collected from your home using one of the couriers from this selection

Enclose your name and address so we know who sent the goods back. You would be amazed how many people forget to do that. Better still include the order number from your invoice as that will help speed up your refund.

Things that would be helpful to us:

Return the goods with the original packaging, so that we can offer them for sale again if they are not damaged.
Let us know of any problems with the goods. That way we can weed out any unsuitable products from our range.
